Getting to the Evans Scholars Invitational

Golf fans have several options for transportation to and from The Glen Club.

General Parking:
South Parking Deck at The Glen Town Center (Top Deck Only) – 2701 Aviator Drive

Main Entrance will be located to the east of The Glen Club using the walk path near Von Maur. Signs will direct spectators from the Parking Deck to the main entrance.

Are tickets needed for children?
Juniors 16 and under receive complimentary grounds admission when accompanied by an adult. No ticket is needed for juniors who should proceed to the main gate for tournament entry. There is a limit of 4 juniors for each ticketed adult. Juniors must have their own hospitality ticket to gain access to a hospitality venue* where complimentary food and beverages are offered.

*Includes 1899 Club, Fazio Club, and all corporate hospitality venues.

Are there Military Discounts?
Active Duty, Retirees, Active Reserve, and Veterans of any branch of service will receive complimentary admission each day of the tournament. Please see our Veterans Policy at the bottom of the tickets page for complete information.

Can I leave the tournament and then come back on the same day?
Re-entry is not permitted for any ticket holders.

Do you offer ticket refunds?
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Will tickets be available at the gate?
Yes, tickets will be available at all gates when gates are open Thursday, May 23 – Sunday, May 26. To ensure you get the best pricing available, we strongly encourage purchasing your tickets online before the Championship starts.

Where will I be able to park for the Tournament?

Are there any prohibited items I should not bring to the Tournament?

Yes, the following items will not be allowed on property at the Tournament:
  • Select bags (see policy)
  • Computers or laptops
  • Video cameras
  • Weapons of any nature
  • Outside food & beverage

I am unfamiliar with the course, do you have a map?
The site plan for The Glen Club is currently being finalized, please check back for the final course map.

What is your bag policy?
The PGA TOUR’s bag policy is very similar to those you see at other major sporting events. Please click here to view an infographic that outlines the policy.

Are cameras permitted at the Tournament?
Cameras will only be allowed during practice rounds, Tuesday & Wednesday of tournament week. They will not be permitted on tournament days Thursday-Sunday.

Are cell phones permitted at the Tournament?
Yes. We do ask that all spectators follow the PGA TOUR’s Mobile Device Policy when on site.

Are wheelchairs allowed on-site at the Tournament?
Wheelchairs and other motorized chairs are allowed on the tournament grounds should you like to bring them. Golf carts and other motorized vehicles will not be available to rent or use during the tournament week.

Are there handicap accessible viewing areas?
Wheelchair accessible viewing area locations will be released soon.

Are strollers allowed on-site?
Child strollers will be permitted entry at the Tournament, but fans in attendance are encouraged to keep in mind that the terrain may not be stroller-friendly throughout.

What happens if there is inclement weather during play?
If inclement weather should occur, play may be suspended or cancelled. In the event that lightning is detected at a distance from the course that threatens the safety of the individuals at the event, play is immediately suspended and the course is evacuated for safety precautions. What forms of payment are accepted?

Is there Will Call at the tournament?
Patrons are encouraged to transfer their tickets electronically to assist with any last minute ticketing needs.

Can I smoke at the Tournament?
Smoking is permitted at the Tournament. We ask that spectators stay 20 feet away from any permanent or temporary structures while smoking.

Is there a Lost and Found on site?
Yes, it is located at Gate 1 at the Admissions trailer.
