Frequently Asked Questions
I have questions about tickets, where can I learn more?

Are tickets needed for children?
Youth receive complimentary grounds admission. Youth 10 and older are required to have a ticket to the Lemonade Stand presented by Mike's Hard Lemonade or Corona Cabanas to enter either venue.
Do you offer ticket refunds?
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Are there any prohibited items I should not bring to the Tournament?
Yes, the following items will not be allowed on property at the Tournament:
- Select bags (see policy)
- Computers or laptops
- Video cameras
- Weapons of any nature
- Outside food & beverage

What is your bag policy?
No bags larger than 6"x6" (including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags, or chair bags) are permitted through the gates. No clear, plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12"x6"x12" are permitted through the gates.
Are cameras permitted at the Tournament?
Cameras will not be permitted on tournament days Thursday-Sunday.
Are cell phones permitted at the Tournament?
Yes. We do ask that all spectators follow the PGA TOUR’s Mobile Device Policy when on site.
Are wheelchairs allowed on-site at the Tournament?
Wheelchairs and other motorized chairs are allowed on the tournament grounds should you like to bring them. Golf carts and other motorized vehicles will not be available to rent or use during the tournament week. Please note that the main entrance is not ADA accessible. For ADA access, please contact the Tournament Office at 224-260-3794.
Are strollers allowed on-site?
Child strollers will be permitted entry at the Tournament, but fans in attendance are encouraged to keep in mind that the terrain may not be stroller-friendly throughout.
What happens if there is inclement weather during play?
If inclement weather should occur, play may be suspended or cancelled. For the PGA TOUR’s weather policy, please click here. Is there Will Call at the tournament?
There is no will call at the Tournament. Patrons are encouraged to transfer their tickets electronically to assist with any last-minute ticketing needs.
Can I smoke at the tournament?
Smoking is permitted at the tournament. We ask that spectators stay 20 feet away from any permanent or temporary structures while smoking.
Is there a lost and found on site?
Yes, it is located at the main entrance.
